Hosted by our Pōneke/Wellington Connector, Sacha, in this session, you will learn about the importance of fermented foods for a balanced diet and a happy gut. You will also get some hands-on experience to make own sauerkraut (or other fermented veggies). Sacha was joined by Shanti Smith from Thrive Therapies and Michel Dhondt from D'Hondt and Sons who shared their knowledge and expertise about fermented foods and gut health.
